Periodized 1:1 Personal Training

Periodized 1:1 on-going training for overall health and well being that uniquely assesses progress, lifestyle changes and health factors to continually adapt to client needs.  Our evidenced based methodology of training will engage all muscle systems based on Lean Force’s periodization model.  We take clients through different stages of training to correct muscle imbalances, build lean muscle tissue, and prevent injury.

Our method of training is based on how professional athletes train to enhance overall performance in the playing field.  The results of our scientific methodology explains why so many doctors recommend Lean Force to their friends and family.

Small Group Training Sessions

Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are an economical alternative to one-on-one personal training.  Our small group sessions are similar to our 1:1 personal training programs.  We adapt our 1:1 methodology of training in a small group setting to enhance overall performance, correct muscle imbalances, build strength, and prevent injury.

We currently train couples who would like to train together and maximize their time together.  The results from our small group training continues to grow and adapt to clients lifestyle changes.
